Job summary

SD Worx in Finland seeks a senior technology leader to head the Finland Technology Tribe. You will define product vision, strategy, and KPIs, manage lifecycles, and oversee roadmaps, security, and performance.

Lead cross-functional teams and align local initiatives with global technology strategy. Successful candidate will guide quarterly planning, coordinate roadmap execution, and collaborate with Finnish leadership, global Product Management, vendors, and outsourced providers.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in technology and software development within international organisations.
• Experience leading large distributed teams in Agile environments.
• Proven record delivering large-scale technology programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Swedish language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Head the Finland Technology Tribe and set product vision, strategy, and KPIs.
• Define product lifecycles, manage roadmaps, and address technical debt.
• Oversee quality, security, compliance, and performance across solutions.
• Lead quarterly business planning and align priorities across product teams.
• Guide cross-functional teams of PMs, engineers, and architects.
• Collaborate with Finnish leadership, global Product Management, vendors, and external teams.
• Develop local payroll and add-on solutions while adopting global products in Finland and Northern Europe.
