Job summary

Aditro in Finland is seeking a senior, dynamic leader to head our Finland Technology Tribe. You will own the Tribe's performance, drive product strategy, and align with global teams to deliver impactful solutions for the Finnish market.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee product lifecycle, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement across Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in technology and software development.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams in Agile environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs and transformations.
• Strong understanding of HR tech ecosystems (payroll, data analytics, integrations, AI, security) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product Leadership Define, drive and evangelise the Tribe's product vision, strategy, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders; Manage the product lifecycle with Product Managers and Architects.
• Planning & Delivery Lead quarterly business planning and roadmap execution; Align priorities across Product Owners, stakeholders, and market teams.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as the key link in a matrix organisation; Partner with internal and external stakeholders; Escalation point for product topics in Finland.
• People & Leadership Build and develop a high-performing organisation; Lead and coach cross-functional software development teams; Foster collaboration and ownership.
• Global Alignment & Innovation Ensure alignment with global technology strategy and compliance; Contribute to transversal product initiatives.
