Job summary

Witted seeks experienced AI Platform Engineers to design, build, and operate scalable AI infrastructure for top-tier clients in Helsinki. You will contribute to secure, cost-effective platforms enabling developer teams to leverage AI efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of consulting experience with Finnish organisations, strong AI ops background, and hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI gateways. Weekly visits to client sites may be expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience with Finnish organizations.
• Experience of AI operations in large scale, preferably commercial settings.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform / Pulumi, HashiCorp Vault.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM platforms & gateways (LiteLLM, Portkey, Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Gemini).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Willingness to visit client premises in Helsinki metropolitan area weekly.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI infrastructure and model gateway solutions.
• Optimize model selection, run environments, and token expenses (FinOps for AI).
• Ensure AI platform performance, security, and scalability (SRE, Observability).
