Job summary
SEB is seeking a Platform Engineer in Finland to join our Developer Experience team. You will help shape secure, scalable internal platforms and automate software delivery with modern DevOps practices.
You’ll collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers to drive AI-enabled improvements across CI/CD, workflows, and tooling. You will design and operate platform components, contribute to governance, write documentation, and foster adoption across engineering teams, enabling faster product
Qualifications
- Solid experience in platform engineering or developer experience
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation (GitHub Actions)
- Strong scripting (Python or Bash) and container/Kubernetes expertise
- Experience with IaC (Terraform) and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Explore and implement AI initiatives in development and CI/CD pipelines
- Design, build, and operate platform capabilities for software delivery
- Contribute to governance, standards, and tooling with architects and security
- Grow adoption via documentation, tutorials, and presentations
- Improve reliability, usability, and efficiency of SEB developer platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver value
