Job summary

Witted in Finland is looking for senior Agentic Development Process Engineers to shape scalable AI software delivery. You will design agentic development processes, establish governance aligned with EU AI Act, GDPR and DORA, and ensure safe production deployment of AI-generated code at large scale.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of relevant consulting or engineering experience, deep DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps expertise, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Around 7+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or engineering roles.
• Experience with agentic software development at large scale, preferably in commercial settings.
• Expertise in DevOps, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and LLM fundamentals (tokenization, context windows, RAG).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR) combined with technical architecture.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

This is the burning question, which is why we are looking for Agentic Development Process Engineers to ensure code quality, compliance, and an exceptional Developer Experience (DevEx).

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement agentic development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and prompt management practices.
• Establish governance and risk management frameworks that align with EU AI Act, GDPR, and DORA regulations.
• Ensure AI-generated code is shipped to production at industrial scale with minimal risk.

What we expect from you:

• Around +7 years of relevant work experience, and solid consulting background in working with large Finnish organizations.
• Experience of agentic software development in large scale, preferrably commercial settings.
• Expertise in DevOps, MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and LLM fundamentals (tokenization, context windows, RAG).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR) combined with technical architecture.
• A passion for promoting Developer Experience (DevEx) in an agentic world.
• Ideally opportunity to visit client's premises in Helsinki metropolitan area on a weekly basis.
• Ideally fluent Finnish and English skills.
