Job summary

Witted is seeking an experienced Agentic Development Process Engineer to design and implement agentic development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and prompt management practices. The role focuses on governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, GDPR, and DORA, ensuring AI-generated code ships to production at scale with minimal risk.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, a strong consulting background with large Finnish organizations, and expertise in DevOps, MLOps / LLMOps, and LLM

Qualifications

• Around +7 years of relevant work experience in large Finnish organizations.
• Experience of agentic software development in large scale, preferably commercial settings.
• Expertise in DevOps, MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and LLM fundamentals (tokenization, context windows, RAG).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR) combined with technical architecture.
• A passion for promoting Developer Experience (DevEx) in an agentic world.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and prompt management practices.
• Establish governance and risk management frameworks that align with EU AI Act, GDPR, and DORA regulations.
• Ensure AI-generated code is shipped to production at industrial scale with minimal risk.
