Prácticas como Office Manager

Durante tus prcticas como Office Manager en Hogarth te incorporars a un equipo para dar soporte a toda la oficina asegurando que el día a día funcione con fluidez. Aprenderás a gestionar tareas administrativas, coordinar proveedores, apoyar en eventos internos y colaborar en iniciativas que mejoren la experiencia de los equipos. Es una posición ideal para alguien organizado, resolutivo y con ganas de aprender en un entorno creativo y multicultural.

Responsabilidades
  • Apoyar en la gestión diaria de la oficina: pedidos, suministros, mantenimiento y coordinación con proveedores.
  • Dar soporte en la organización de eventos internos, reuniones y actividades corporativas.
  • Colaborar en la gestión documental, control de facturas y seguimiento de presupuestos del área.
  • Ayudar en la implementación de iniciativas de bienestar, sostenibilidad y cultura interna.
  • Coordinar con otros departamentos (IT, RRHH, Operaciones) para asegurar el buen funcionamiento del espacio de trabajo.
  • Apoyar en la recepción de visitas, mensajería y tareas administrativas generales.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua relacionados con la gestión de oficina.
Requisitos
  • Formación en Administración, Gestión de Empresas, Protocolo, Turismo, Comunicación o similar.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés (valorable nivel alto).
  • Actitud proactiva, organizada y orientada al detalle.
  • Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Ganas de aprender y crecer en un entorno creativo y exigente.
Condiciones
  • Programa de seguimiento, formación y mentoring.

  • Prácticas 100% presenciales.
  • 25 horas semanales (5 horas diarias entre las 9:00 y las 18:00).
