We are actively seeking freelance proposal writers for the EU market. Our proposal writers are responsible for creating developing and submitting proposals on behalf of the organization and play a vital role in securing funding for our clients. This role requires working with a multidisciplinary team and is also client facing. The scope of Proposal Writer responsibilities includes :

• Researching and gathering relevant information about the project
• Writing and reviewing proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborating with the innovation consultants to create a winning proposal strategy.
• Consulting with subject matter experts to obtain input for technical aspects of the proposal.
• Ensuring timely submission of proposals.
• Conducting post-proposal follow-up with clients and stakeholders.

• Masters degree or PHD in one of the following areas : Molecular Biology (particularly cancer research) Biomedical Science or related areas.
• C1-C2 level English is a must.
• Experience writing grant proposals for European Commission programs as a must!
• Experience writing for any of the following programs : H2020 and Horizon Europe (e.g. EIC Pathfinder Transition Accelerator as well as EC RIA and IA).

This is a freelance position. Candidates will be contracted on a proposal-by-proposal.

PLEASE NOTE all our proposals require a high level of technical expertise so if you don’t have the technical background in the areas stated above we will not be able to progress your application!
