The Ideal Backend Engineer Will:
- Have 5 years of experience as a backend engineer
- Demonstrate a solid proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Display a strong foundation in utilizing Django, Flask, and Express.js.
- Demonstrate familiarity with cutting-edge technologies like Turbo Drive, Stimulus, and Websocket.
- Possess in-depth expertise in Elasticsearch-powered User interfaces.
- Leverage tools like Jira and Agile methodologies for efficient project management.
- Showcase proficiency in employing documentation tools such as Confluence.
- Craft seamless CI/CD pipelines for optimized workflow.
- Ideally, have prior experience with AWS and/or GCP.
