Competitive salary structure: We offer a salary structure that recognizes and values the experience of our hairdressers. Starting salary is €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses will be added based on performance, overtime, and product sales. For candidates with more experience, salary increases accordingly.
Schedule & flexibility: Enjoy a 37‑hour work week with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month. All overtime hours are paid.
