• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch, assisting clients with inquiries and providing tailored support.
• Communicate brand stories and product details effectively to engage and inform customers.
• Process orders, manage inquiries, and ensure comprehensive after-sales support.
• Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to foster customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury sector to inform and assist customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand with a fully paid relocation package.
