Originally famous for our mini gel manicure kit, the LMM brand today encompasses an assortment of creative nail, hand, and foot products that bring color and care to beauty lovers worldwide. With a head office located in Barcelona, our team operates across Europe, the US, and China.

About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our DTC channels — specifically our Shopify-powered US/global and EU websites. You’ll act as the General Manager of our online store, owning daily operations, digital merchandising, and web performance, while managing a small cross-functional team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on scaling e-commerce businesses, enjoys solving operational and UX challenges, and can balance analytical rigor with creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day operations of both Shopify storefronts (US & EU)
  • Drive site performance, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization
  • Scale the website from $2M+ to $5M+ in annual sales
  • Execute campaigns, product launches, seasonal refreshes, and promotional strategies

2. Project & Team Management

  • Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports (e.g. content or operations roles)
  • Oversee site development projects in coordination with internal/external developers
  • Define and execute roadmap for technical improvements and feature updates

3. Web Merchandising & E-commerce Operations

  • Manage onsite product merchandising, categorization, and navigation
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams on inventory visibility and sell-through
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align promotions, creative assets, and storytelling

4. Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Monitor KPIs using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Excel
  • Provide weekly reporting on site performance, traffic, conversion, AOV, and SKU productivity
  • Identify insights to inform growth strategies and merchandising tactics

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce management experience, preferably within a fast-paced consumer brand
  • Proven success scaling a DTC website from $1M+ to $5M+ in annual revenue
  • Strong experience working on Shopify
  • Experience managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally with developers, creatives, and marketing
  • Skilled in Excel, Google Analytics 4, and digital merchandising tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to independently lead initiatives, problem-solve, and hit KPIs
