1. 2+ years of management experience, including proven experience as a manager of managers and technical leads, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.
2. Create a technical strategy and budget proposal.
3. Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain deep technical concepts, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
6. Work comfortably with Java, Spring, and Kotlin.
7. Manage a team of 6+ engineers across frontend and backend.
8. Contribute to hiring processes and hire across engineering teams.
