The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring their team to achieve performance metrics. Your role will involve strategizing, project management, and staff management. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

1. At least 2 years of management experience, with proven success managing managers and technical leads, and a track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.
2. Developing technical strategies and budget proposals.
3. Implementing and monitoring performance metrics for technical strategies.
4. Exhibiting excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Coordinating internal teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
6. Working comfortably with Java, Spring, and Kotlin.
7. Managing a team of 6 or more engineers across frontend and backend development.
8. Participating in hiring processes and expanding engineering teams.
9. Offering remote work flexibility.
