We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to play a key role in driving our growth initiatives.
This position is perfect for a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who can align sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive impactful revenue growth. The RevOps Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the systems, processes, and data that fuel our revenue strategy. You'll have the chance to develop and implement strategic processes, optimize tools like HubSpot CRM, and ensure our teams are equipped with the insights and support needed to succeed.
What will you be doing :
- Lead and manage the marketing operations for at least one of our core markets.
- Strategize with and support the Marketing and Sales Directors to enhance market performance and automation.
- Partner with lifecycle teams to create a seamless, high-quality user journey, optimizing email marketing, nurturing, and reactivation workflows.
- Develop scalable and automated processes to empower our marketing and sales teams, providing training for smooth adoption.
- Optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring efficiency while supporting and resolving inquiries from the marketing team.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data, ensuring all inputs from marketing sources are standardized and structured for both marketing and sales.
- Generate and track KPIs, providing insights and reporting to drive key decisions.
- Identify and implement the latest MarTech tools to boost performance.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, detect trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Optimization: Establish and refine best practices to support current and future growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels and improve productivity in customer-facing teams.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within sales, marketing, and customer success processes and implement improvements.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and provide valuable insights through in-depth analysis of key metrics.
- Systems Management: Oversee and optimize HubSpot CRM and other sales/marketing/customer success tools to align with revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive alignment and maximize impact.
- Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and provide insights to leadership.
The Skillset :
- 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations (preferably in B2B SaaS, $10M+ ARR).
- Strong technical and operational mindset, with deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (certifications are a plus).
- Previous experience with MarTech tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Paid platforms).
- Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Bonus: Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
