A well-established food industry company in Murcia is seeking an HR Technician to manage personnel administration tasks. You will be responsible for registering employees, preparing payroll, and drafting employment contracts. The ideal candidate should be experienced with Social Security applications like SILTRA and DELTA. Our client is looking for an HR Technician to join our team in a food industry company located in Murcia.
- Tasks related to personnel administration.
- Employee registration and deregistration in the Social Security System (Sistema Red).
- Preparation of payroll and social security contributions.
- Drafting employment contracts and registering them in CONTRAT@.
- Procedures related to Social Security (CASIA).
- Use of applications such as SILTRA, DELTA, IT / AT.
- Management of collective bargaining agreements.
- Resolving employee-related issues.
- Experience in developing equality plans.
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 30‑minute snack break and 1‑hour lunch break.
- Summer intensive schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
- Immediate start.
