About the team
We're building a new CX Strategy Consulting team at Atento to help our clients reimagine the User Experience of their customers.
This new CX Strategy Consulting team will be responsible for deeply understanding the clients' needs and then crafting a holistic, end to end, tech enabled CX solution to ensure our clients are able to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
You'll be working in a cross-functional team with CX Business Consultants, CX Design Consultants, and CX Architecture Consultants to build custom CX solutions for our clients, and internally you will be championing Atento’s shift from call center solutions to a tech driven holistic CX solutions provider.

As a CX Business Consultant, you will drive the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies that align with client business objectives. You will conduct thorough market research, craft compelling business cases, and present strategic proposals to client stakeholders—including C-level executives—to transform their customer experiences. Your role also includes closely collaborating with internal teams (e.g., technology and design) to ensure that solutions are both innovative and feasible.
