To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a HR Technician.

Your Responsibilities

1. Support and advise area managers and employees on labor relations matters.
2. Resolve labor issues through the application of the corresponding collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European...).
3. Support in the study of labor cases, drafting the corresponding HR/RLL documentation (e.g. response to requests, labor changes, agreements...).
4. Support to the HR Management in the dialogue and communications with the Works Councils. Support in the elaboration and design of company policies, regulations and individual and collective agreements.
5. Design, drafting and sending of general communications, promoting and promoting their dissemination to all levels of the factory.
6. Promotion of the employer brand, following WACKER Group guidelines.
7. Support in relations with educational centers, job fairs, etc.
8. Performance evaluation and talent development.
9. Support in administrative tasks to the rest of the areas of the HR Department: development, training and documentation filing, etc.

Your profile

1. Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or similar.
2. Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
3. English is an asset.
4. Social and communication skills.
5. Creativity, flexibility, resilience.
6. Ability to work in a team, and proactivity.
7. High organizational skills.
