Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across our organization. This hybrid role combines enterprise architecture oversight with detailed solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud platforms, SaaS integrations, and APIs.

As an Enterprise & E2E Solutions Architect, you will collaborate across multiple business units, leading complex project architectures and ensuring seamless system integration while adhering to enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term technology goals.
• Provide governance and oversight to ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and integration standards.
• Define architectural patterns, frameworks, and best practices for consistent technology solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions integrating various technologies, platforms, and services.
• Lead technical direction and implementation of projects, focusing on SaaS, APIs, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define solution requirements.
• Work with business leaders and technical teams to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Support development teams in executing architectural blueprints.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams for unified architecture vision.
• Facilitate communication among development, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Ensure security is embedded into architecture from design through implementation.
• Monitor and optimize existing architectures for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Implement performance tuning, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential.
• Recommend and implement new technologies to improve systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and application-to-application integration.
• Define technical roadmaps for innovation adoption and architecture evolution.
• Prepare proposals for architecture governance approval.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to architectural decisions.

Qualifications

Requirements :

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end technology solutions.
• Experience in SaaS business is advantageous.
• Knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is a plus.
• Expertise in API management, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native development, IaC, and CI/CD practices is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of security, identity management, and data governance.
• Ability to design solutions leveraging on-premise and cloud systems securely.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in English.
