Job Description:
ToBeIt is seeking a Security Architect and Cyber-Threat Intelligence Analyst to join a major international leader in the aeronautical sector based in Barcelona (El Prat). The role involves working closely with CTI and OSI teams and other organizational leaders to develop and implement security measures that protect information assets.
Responsibilities include:
- Working within the CTI team.
- Leading the review and implementation of security controls across AWS, Azure, and O365 environments, promoting best practices.
- Designing and defining security controls, participating in assurance processes to verify their effectiveness.
- Analyzing security outcomes of various technologies to resolve security issues and improve response strategies.
- Participating in threat modeling and Threat Hunting activities, including reviewing threat sources, managing vulnerabilities, and mapping controls to mitigate risks.
- Generating security reports and KPIs.
- Communicating and supporting users proactively after response actions.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Participating in incident response activities as needed.
- Performing additional duties when required.
The role is primarily remote (80%).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Information Security.
- Experience configuring Cloud, on-premises, and network environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019).
- Familiarity with system hardening frameworks like CIS Benchmark.
- Knowledge of security technologies (SIEM, WAF, NAC, MDM, etc.).
- Understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, REST/SOAP, FTPS/SFTP, DNS, SSL, firewalls, load balancers).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong IT background.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2, desirable C1).
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
