Are you a seasoned mobile engineer with deep expertise in React Native and a passion for leading architecture design across platforms? Do you thrive in shaping technical strategy while remaining hands-on in implementation?

Join Intellias as a React Native Architect and play a pivotal role in delivering scalable, performant, and elegant cross-platform mobile applications that drive real-world impact.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience architecting solutions using React Native.
• Experience architecting and delivering production-grade apps across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Expertise in scalable state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
• Strong background in performance tuning, offline capabilities, mobile accessibility, and secure development practices.
• Solid experience with CI/CD for mobile, including tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or App Center.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps collaboration.
• Ability to work EST hours and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) and the ability to advise on hybrid vs. native tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting tools (Firebase, Flipper, Sentry, etc.).
• Prior experience leading technical evaluations or conducting architecture reviews.
• Contributions to open-source projects or architectural blogs/talks.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the architecture and technical vision for mobile applications built with React Native across iOS and Android platforms.
• Lead design and implementation of complex mobile features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Establish and enforce development best practices, including code structure, reusable component design, state management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, DevOps, QA, and product) to align on technical solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, SDKs, and APIs, with a focus on mobile performance, analytics, and security.
• Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams to raise code quality and consistency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design patterns, and architectural diagrams for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
