The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L management, as well as strategic and operational oversight of the company in Spain, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and alignment with the global vision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize financial performance, achieving revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency goals.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Take direct responsibility for sales and lead the commercial team to maximize growth and market share.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards across all operations.
- Oversee purchasing, sales, logistics, administration, and finance to maintain high quality and service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the German headquarters to align the subsidiary with global objectives.
- Coordinate with regional group companies to ensure strategic synergies.
Candidate Profile :
- Technical or commercial university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience within a global corporate structure, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural collaboration, preferably in European or German companies.
- Proven leadership experience as a Managing Director or senior executive, with a successful track record of business growth.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Strong financial management skills, including P&L control.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills to build and maintain strategic relationships.
