The Role
The Implementation team at TravelPerk manages the onboarding of our new clients. We are looking for a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze each customer’s needs to propose a tailored implementation plan. Your success will be measured by the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among your customers' users. You will be the subject matter expert in change management and deliver a 7-star onboarding experience!
The role requires excellent communication and project management skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail. While a basic understanding of integrations and open APIs is helpful, you do not need to be an expert initially.
