  • Experience : Minimum 2 years
  • Languages : English : Professional Level / Spanish : Professional Level

Other languages such as French, German, Russian, Arabic are highly valued.

Principle scope and purpose of job :

Work proactively and passionately with the team to develop a sustainable business, delivering outstanding and personalized service aligned with Boho Club's vision and values.

Provide an excellent experience to customers and participate in the development of the department and restaurant with the Management Team.

Key tasks :
  • Guest / Operation :
  • Maintain set standards and expectations at the highest personal level.
  • Ensure a safe working environment following restaurant procedures and policies.
  • Lead the service of your assigned rank with the assistant.
  • Guarantee correct assembly and disassembly of the range.
  • Recommend and adapt courses to customers.
  • Have full knowledge of each dish and its ingredients to defend our menu.
  • Assist in customer service, including receiving, advising, and dismissing customers regarding the gastronomic offer.
  • Comply with quality, health safety, and protection standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards, including allergen management and offering alternatives for allergies.
  • Submit statistics and reports timely, complying with laws and regulations.
  • Review and update customer procedures regularly.
  • Ensure accurate billing and payments, considering pre-payments or discounts.
  • Optimize resource usage to minimize waste.
People & Development :
  • Develop communication tools to promote values.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Promote team spirit and create a nurturing environment.
  • Build relationships with key customers and companies to enhance business, understanding their needs for personalized service.
  • Develop and adapt offers based on customer and market conditions.
  • Coordinate the development of customer profiles, especially for regulars, and update the management team.
  • Support marketing and sales activities as needed.
  • Provide data on up-selling activities and review customer feedback for continuous improvement.
