We proudly partner with leading F&B and Grocery brands in 18 diverse markets. Headquartered in the UAE, with offices in Egypt, Sri Lanka, KSA and Spain, we are rapidly expanding into multiple markets as part of our future growth strategy.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Team Lead to oversee our sales operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This role demands a leader with a solid background in SaaS sales, preferably within the food-tech industry, who can effectively manage a team, implement sales strategies, and ensure the delivery of impactful product demonstrations. Exceptional English communication skills are essential.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets.
  3. Provide training on sales best practices, including delivering impactful product demos and closing deals.
  4. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and actionable insights for improvement.
  5. Optimize the use of CRM tools and sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  6. Partner with the leadership team to align sales objectives with company goals and market needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the food-tech industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  4. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Familiarity with POS, ERP, 3PLS, and e-commerce platforms.
  6. Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot, Gong), sales processes, and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with product and customer service teams to drive success and enhance customer satisfaction.
