Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks a Zero Touch Ops Developer to join a hybrid Madrid team. You will build automation with Python and PowerShell, design event-driven workflows, and integrate IT systems via REST APIs and webhooks.

• 3-10 years of automation development, AIOps, monitoring orchestration experience.
• Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and PowerShell.
• Design event-driven workflows and auto-remediation runbooks.
• Build integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Configure AIOps and incident management in PagerDuty and related platforms.
• Implement orchestration with Ansible, Terraform, Temporal or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and repositories.
• Collaborate to transform manual processes into scalable automation.
• Contribute to reliability engineering and continuous improvement.
