Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking an AIOPS Technician in Madrid to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on operating and evolving an enterprise event management ecosystem, owning episode lifecycle, onboarding sources, and integrating monitoring with ITSM and on-call platforms.

You'll design automated remediation capabilities, build AI-assisted agents, and contribute to migrations to new AIOps tooling while documenting incidents and root causes.

Years' experience: 3 to 10 years

Required qualification: FP or university degree

• Hands-on experience with enterprise event management or AIOps platforms.
• Strong integration engineering skills using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with CI/CD delivery practices.
• ITIL incident, problem and change awareness.

Workplace: Hybrid - Madrid

Work Schedule: 8x5 + oncall, 9:00AM - 18:00PM
