Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) España busca un Ingeniero de Automatización y Gestión de herramientas IT para diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones que automaticen operaciones de infraestructura y procesos de ITSM. El rol exige visión proactiva y capacidad de trabajar en un entorno híbrido en Madrid.

Se valorará experiencia en ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB, scripting con PowerShell/Python/Ansible y habilidades de integración vía APIs.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Automatización de Ingeniería, Gestión de herramientas de IT Operations o roles similares.
• Amplia experiencia en scripting y tecnologías de automatización como PowerShell, Python y Ansible.
• Experiencia práctica con ServiceNow ITSM y CMDB.
• Conocimiento de plataformas de monitorización y gestión de eventos.
• Experiencia integrando sistemas mediante APIs y flujos de automatización.
• Comprensión de procesos ITIL y gobernanza operativa.
• Fuerte capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de automatización para operaciones de infraestructura IT.
• Identificar e implementar oportunidades de automatización para reducir trabajo manual y mejorar la calidad del servicio.
• Optimizar y gestionar herramientas de operaciones IT, plataformas de monitorización y ITSM.
• Mejorar flujos de trabajo de ServiceNow, calidad de CMDB y capacidades de reporting.
• Mejorar plataformas de monitorización y observabilidad, reduciendo ruido de alertas.
• Automatizar parcheo, informes de cumplimiento y actividades operativas recurrentes.
• Desarrollar dashboards, informes y KPIs para revisiones de servicio y excelencia operativa.
• Colaborar con equipos de infraestructura, monitorización, gestión de servicios y clientes para impulsar mejoras continuas.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Optimize and manage IT operations tools, monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions.
• Improve ServiceNow workflows, CMDB quality and operational reporting capabilities.
• Enhance monitoring and observability platforms, reducing alert noise and improving event management.
• Automate patching, compliance reporting and recurring operational activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and KPI metrics for service reviews and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

WHERE AND WHEN?

• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
• Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
