Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a Zero Touch Ops Developer to design and implement automation across IT systems using Python, PowerShell, and orchestration tools. You will work on event-driven workflows, auto-remediation runbooks, and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 3-10 years of automation experience, strong Python/PowerShell skills, and English at B2 level or higher.

• 3-10 years of experience in automation development, AIOps, monitoring and orchestration environments.
• Proficient in Python and PowerShell.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
• English level B2 or higher.

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and/or PowerShell.

• Collaborate with operations to automate manual processes into scalable solutions.
• Support reliability engineering initiatives and operational improvements.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and/or PowerShell.
• Design and implement event-driven workflows and auto-remediation runbooks.
• Build integrations across IT systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Configure and enhance AIOps and incident management processes in PagerDuty and related platforms.
• Implement orchestration solutions using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Temporal or similar technologies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation code repositories following software development best practices.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to transform manual processes into scalable automated solutions.
• Contribute to reliability engineering initiatives and continuous operational improvement.
• Python and PowerShell.
• PagerDuty (AIOps, Event Rules, Workflows, Rundeck Process Automation).
• LogicMonitor or similar monitoring platforms.
• REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Ansible, Terraform, Temporal or equivalent orchestration tools.

• Git-based development workflows and version control.
• SRE practices, ITSM and CMDB platforms.
• Experience: 3-10 years of experience in automation development, AIOps, monitoring and orchestration environments.
• English: Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid) with up to 60% remote work.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (8x5) + on-call support when required.
