Ses Salines Restaurant on Mallorca is seeking an experienced Cook for a permanent, full-time position in Ses Salines. You will slice, prep, marinate, and cook using the wok and fryer, while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Applicants should have 2+ years of kitchen experience, strong wok and frying skills, and a fast, organized, team-oriented approach. The role offers a permanent contract with split shifts and steady hours in the south of Mallorca.

Formación

• At least 24 months (2 years) of relevant cooking experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Confidence in wok techniques and handling high-temperature frying equipment.
• Fast-paced, well-organized working style with strong team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Slice and prep vegetables and meats, marinate for daily service.
• Operate the wok station to prepare stir-fried dishes.
• Manage the deep fryer for items like spring rolls and tempura.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas before, during, and after service.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
