Restaurant in Calvià, Mallorca is seeking an experienced cook focused on authentic Indian cuisine to join the team. This full-time position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary and split shifts from 14:00–17:00 and 19:00–24:00.

The role requires at least 12 months of professional cook experience and solid understanding of traditional Indian dishes, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, mise en place, and consistent plate presentation during peak hours.

A restaurant located in the municipality of Calvià, in the southwest of Mallorca, is currently seeking a motivated and skilled cook to join the culinary team. This is a full-time position offering a permanent contract for someone who takes pride in traditional cooking, culinary precision, and consistent presentation.

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing authentic Indian recipes to life, ensuring every plate meets high standards of flavor and quality. Your key tasks include:

• Preparing, organizing, and presenting a wide variety of typical dishes from India.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workstation organization at all times.
• Managing your mise en place efficiently to ensure smooth lunch and dinner services.
• Ensuring consistency in taste, seasoning, and visual presentation across all menu offerings.

What is offered with this position:

• An indefinite contract (contrato indefinido) providing long-term employment stability in Mallorca.
• Full-time working hours structured in a split shift from 14:00 to 17:00 and 19:00 to 24:00.
• Rest days and weekly schedules to be coordinated directly with the employer.
• A gross annual salary of 27,135 EUR, with the standard July and December extra payments prorated into your monthly salary.
