Ses Salines Restaurant on Mallorca is seeking an experienced Cook for a permanent, full-time position in Ses Salines. You will slice, prep, marinate, and cook using the wok and fryer, while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Applicants should have 2+ years of kitchen experience, strong wok and frying skills, and a fast, organized, team-oriented approach. The role offers a permanent contract with split shifts and steady hours in the south of Mallorca.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Slicing and prepping vegetables and meats, and marinating food for daily service
• Operating the wok station to prepare stir-fried specialties such as rice and noodle dishes
• Managing the deep fryer for items like spring rolls and tempura
• Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary working areas before, during, and after service
• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
