Restaurant in Calvià, Mallorca is seeking an experienced cook focused on authentic Indian cuisine to join the team. This full-time position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary and split shifts from 14:00–17:00 and 19:00–24:00.

The role requires at least 12 months of professional cook experience and solid understanding of traditional Indian dishes, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, mise en place, and consistent plate presentation during peak hours.
