GE Vernova's ROC Technical Lead position in Barcelona, Spain, centers on the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring turbines operate reliably throughout their lifecycle.

You will support commissioning and service through remote diagnostics, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong technical communication in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluent English; willing to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and trends.
• Support reporting of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift with on-call weekends/public holidays.
