GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center in Barcelona. You will oversee safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets, coordinating with site teams and engineering experts to diagnose and resolve issues across commissioning and service phases.

You will monitor turbine performance, perform remote diagnostics, and support field teams to maintain reliability while driving continuous improvement and safe grid integration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on wind turbine or similar electromechanical systems experience
• Able to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting and field support
• Familiar with SCADA and digital monitoring tools

Aufgaben

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call support during weekends and holidays
