GE Vernova's Wind Energy Remote Operations Center in Barcelona seeks a ROC Technical Lead to monitor offshore wind assets, support commissioning and service activities, and ensure turbines perform reliably from a remote operations center.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, driving continuous improvement while prioritising safety and compliance. Travel up to 20% and relocation to Barcelona are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience.
• Fluent English and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
