Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication and a calm, structured approach under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting during commissioning and service
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear structured information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift with on-call weekends/public holidays
