Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems exposure in operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to support commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams to resolve issues and restore performance.
• Escalate complex problems with clear, structured technical details.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to fix issues.
• Analyse operating data to identify faults and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting of technical findings and ongoing optimization.
• Contribute to process improvement and safety-first operations.
• Support grid outage activities when needed, with safety in mind.
• Work rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends/public holidays.
