Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience or similar electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams.
• Analyse operational data for faults and trends.
• Support reporting of technical findings.
• Participate in process improvements and optimization.
• Support grid outages with safety and compliance.
• Work on rotating weekday shifts with on-call when needed.
