Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot field issues.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Clear, structured technical communication and calm under pressure.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex problems with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering/support to resolve issues.
• Analyze operational data for faults and trends.
• Support reporting and communicate technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization.
• Support grid outage activities with safety and compliance.
• Work rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends/holidays.
