GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind) in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbines, diagnose remotely, and support commissioning and service activities to ensure reliable performance.

Ideal candidates have degrees in engineering, wind-energy experience, and fluency in English. Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility is required. You will work rotating shifts and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine or similar electromechanical experience.
• Fluent English in speech and writing; willingness to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
