Job summary

You will monitor turbine performance, provide remote diagnostics, and collaborate with field teams to resolve issues, with rotating weekday shifts and occasional on-call.

You should have an engineering degree with wind-energy experience, fluency in English, and be willing to relocate to Barcelona with EU work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent wind-energy experience.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to Barcelona; EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
