GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center in Wind Energy. The role requires leading remote analysis, diagnostics and support to offshore wind assets, coordinating with site teams for effective fault resolution and lifecycle optimization.

You will contribute to safe, reliable operations while driving continuous improvement and data-driven decisions. Ideal candidates hold engineering degrees, hands-on wind turbine experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and applying them in troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to support commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on rotating weekday shift with on-call weekends/public holidays.
