Job summary

LOEWE, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Head of Wholesale Business Performance and Transformation (BP&T) for maternity cover in Madrid. You will drive performance and transformation initiatives across Wholesale and E-Concession, bridging operations with strategic finance and commercial teams, while managing a small team and interns.

The role requires 10+ years in a similar function, strong analytical and presentation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• High analytical skills with a deep understanding of key business KPIs.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear takeaways.
• Experience in project management, with consulting experience advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in international environments.
• Expert with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Retail or luxury industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the yearly roadmap for Wholesale projects and transformation initiatives.
• Act as liaison between business teams and IT to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and track progress toward goals.
• Oversee data-driven performance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate and support buying sessions, orders, and reconciliation processes.
• Provide operational support across Wholesale and E-Concession, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
