Job summary

LOEWE is seeking a Head of Wholesale Business Performance and Transformation to lead the performance and transformation initiatives for Wholesale and E-Concession. You will report to the Wholesale Director and bridge operations with financial planning.

This temporary maternity cover role requires senior leadership, strong analytics, and experience in international settings within the luxury retail sector.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior wholesale/finance/performance role.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset.
• Experience in transformation or project management across multiple functions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; experience in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic plan, objectives, and budgets for Wholesale and E-Concession.
• Develop data-driven performance monitoring and reporting across Commercial, Merchandising, and Operations.
• Lead a junior member and interns; coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing targets, CAPEX/OPEX, and risk management.
• Generate insights and presentations for COMEX and key stakeholders.
