Job summary

LOEWE is seeking a Merchandising Manager for Women’s Bags EMEA to support the Head of Merchandising in developing and delivering the merchandising strategy. The role focuses on optimizing the assortment by store, hitting net sales and ST% targets, and collaborating with regional teams from LOEWE’s Madrid Head Office.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury leather goods merchandising, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and excellent communication abilities in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Merchandiser in Leathergoods/Bags, preferably luxury.
• Excellent numeric, analytical and strong decision-making skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence at all levels and present well.
• Fluency in English essential; Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define optimal seasonal buys for stores within OTB limits and ST% targets.
• Act as main contact for Product and Merchandising in the region and present buying strategy to stakeholders.
• Communicate launch plans, track ST%, sales by store/product, and flag strengths/weaknesses.
• Prepare weekly trade reporting and ad hoc analyses for Head of Merchandising.
• Gather feedback from sales staff and share sell-in/sell-out analyses with management.
• Define allocation strategy by store based on historic performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align store needs, stock, and sales push.
• Ensure Store Managers are aligned with merchandising vision and maintain clear communication.
