Leadtech Group is seeking a Growth Product Owner (Web) to lead ARPU and conversion growth across web funnels. Reporting to Head of Growth, you'll design and execute a science-backed experimentation program and leverage AI-native tooling to accelerate discovery, design, and delivery.

You'll collaborate with design, engineering and data teams to ship test variants, interpret results, and present actionable insights.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Growth, CRO, or Product with ARPU or revenue responsibility.
• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Ability to increase ARPU and CR through structured experimentation.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing and statistical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Increase ARPU and CR across web funnels via a science-backed experimentation program.
• Define, prioritize, and run high-impact growth experiments across multiple products.
• Optimize end-to-end funnels: acquisition to revenue retention.
• Test pricing and packaging including trials, bundles, subscriptions, upsells.
• Improve churn-prevention flows and win-back strategies.
• Apply statistical rigor to validate experiments and decisions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data to run AB tests and interpret results.
• Report results and recommendations to stakeholders.
