Zusammenfassung

AECOM is seeking a Water Utilities Design Lead based in Madrid to drive design excellence for water supply and wastewater systems. You will act as the technical focal point, coordinating multi-project efforts, leading QA/QC, and delivering high-quality solutions for public and private clients.

You will report to the Water Discipline Manager and collaborate with a global team, bringing 15+ years of experience, BIM proficiency, and strong stakeholder management to complex infrastructure programs.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering with professional registration preferred.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in engineering consultancy.
• Minimum 15 years in Water Utilities projects with design leadership.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the discipline's technical focal point, coordinating across multiple projects.
• Lead QA/QC, validate calculations, hydraulic models, drawings and specs.
• Plan resources, schedules and risks, guiding engineering teams.
• Contribute to discipline standards and best practices.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure design criteria are met.
