Job summary

ALMAR WATER is seeking a Technical Coordinator in Madrid to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for water treatment bids and projects. You will coordinate interfaces across process, mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and control disciplines, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and schedule.

You will work with international teams, review technical documentation, and support optimization, commissioning, and start-up.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Master’s in PM, water treatment, infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate requirements into verifiable actions.
• Experience with desalination, wastewater or industrial water treatment is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical aspects of bids and projects across process, mechanical, civil, electrical, and control disciplines.
• Plan, track, and prioritize engineering deliverables and milestones with traceability.
• Review tender docs, specifications, mass balances, PFDs/P&IDs, layouts, equipment lists.
• Lead interfaces between clients, EPC contractors, technology providers, and internal teams.
• Prepare clarifications, bid comparisons, risk assessments, deviations, and close-out actions.
• Lead meetings and reviews, assign actions, and set deadlines.
