H.Essers España is seeking an Operations Manager in Barcelona to own P&L for customers and operations, translating the organization’s strategic vision into actionable plans that drive profitability, efficiency and strong people management.

You will coordinate with other departments to secure input and resources, monitor performance, and optimize workflows, while strengthening relationships with existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities.
